How to Access Your Soapy Friends Account and Manage Your Membership
Your Soapy Friends account is where you can access your Member Library, find courses and downloads you have purchased, update your account information, review past orders, and manage your membership subscription.
The screenshots below show what the process looks like on a desktop computer. The page may be arranged a little differently on a phone or tablet, but the same account options will be available.
Log In to Your Soapy Friends Account
Click Log In beside the account icon in the upper-right corner of SoapyFriends.com.
This will take you to the My Account page where you can log in.
If you already have an account, enter your username or email address and password in the Login section.
Be sure to log in using the same email address you used when you registered, purchased a course, or joined Soapy Friends. Your purchases and membership access are connected to that account.
Create a New Account
If you have not yet registered on SoapyFriends.com, enter your email address in the Register section and click Register.
You will receive an email with a link to create your password. Once your password has been set, you can return to the My Account page and log in.
Creating an account does not automatically purchase a membership or paid course. It simply creates your Soapy Friends website account and gives you access to the free Soapy Friends Starter Kit
Reset a Forgotten Password
If you already have an account but cannot remember your password, click Lost your password? underneath the login form.
Enter the email address associated with your Soapy Friends account. You will receive an email with instructions for creating a new password.
The password-reset email may take a few minutes to arrive. Be sure to check your spam, junk, or promotions folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
Accessing Your Member Library
Once you are logged in, the link in the upper-right corner of the website will change from Log In to My Account.
At the top of your account dashboard, you will see the Member Library Access section showing your current access level.
Click Access Content to see the classes, tutorials, recipes, replays, and other resources included with your current membership level.
“Member Library” vs “My Courses”
These two areas organize your Soapy Friends content in different ways.
Member Library
Your Member Library gives you access to the libraries and course collections connected to your current Soapy Friends membership or account access.
This is where you may find:
- Current and upcoming live classes
- Member-exclusive tutorials and resources
- Replays and other content available to your membership level
- Special course collections, bundles, or the Soapy Friends Starter Kit
Courses you purchased separately with lifetime access may not appear as a Member Library card unless they are also part of a library or course collection assigned to your account.
My Courses
The My Courses section displays all individual courses your account can currently access.
This may include:
- Courses included with your current Soapy Friends membership
- Courses you purchased with lifetime access
- Courses included in the Soapy Friends Starter Kit
- Courses assigned to you through a member library, bundle, or course collection
You can browse the full course grid or use the search box to search course titles, lesson titles, and topic titles.
Think of the Member Library as an organized doorway into your membership libraries and course collections. My Courses is your complete searchable list of individual courses currently available to your account.
Some membership-only content, such as upcoming live classes, announcements, and resources that are not set up as individual courses, may only appear inside the appropriate Member Library.
What You Can Manage From Your Account
The tabs on your account dashboard allow you to manage different parts of your account:
Dashboard
Return to the main overview of your account.
Downloads
This section has been phased out. All downloads are part of you Member Library or within specific course content.
Account Details
Update your name, display name, email address, and password.
My Orders
Review previous purchases and order information.
My Subscription
Manage your active Soapy Friends membership, including changing plans, updating your payment method, or canceling future renewals.
My Addresses
Update the billing address connected to your account.
Logout
Sign out of your Soapy Friends account.
Manage or Upgrade Your Membership
From your account dashboard, click the My Subscription tab.
Your subscription page will show your current membership status, renewal date, payment method, and monthly membership total.
From this page, you can:
- Cancel your subscription
- Change your payment method
- Switch to a different membership plan
To upgrade or change your membership, click Switch Plans.
You will be taken to the membership page, where you can select your new membership level. Once you have selected the plan you want, click Switch Subscription.
Understanding the Upgrade Price
After selecting your new membership, the updated plan will be added to your cart.
You may see two different amounts:
- The amount due today
- Your new recurring monthly payment
In the example shown, the membership is being upgraded from a $10 Basic membership to the $25 Best Friends’ Club.
The cart shows:
- $15 due today
- $25 per month beginning with the next renewal
The system may describe the amount due today as a sign-up fee, but this is not an additional fee. It is the prorated difference between the membership you already paid for and the new membership level.
In this example, the member already paid $10 for the current month. That $10 is credited toward the $25 Best Friends’ Club membership, leaving an additional $15 due at the time of the upgrade.
Your normal $25 monthly payment will begin on the renewal date shown in the cart.
Click Proceed to checkout, complete the transaction, and you will receive immediate access to the content included with your new membership level.
Cancel or Change Your Payment Method
From the My Subscription tab, click:
Change payment to update the card or payment method used for future membership renewals.
Cancel to stop your membership from renewing again.
Canceling stops future automatic renewals. You will continue to have access through the end of the membership period you have already paid for.
I Paid, but I Still Do Not See My Content
Try these steps before reaching out for help:
- Make sure you are logged in using the same email address you used during checkout.
- Return to the main My Account dashboard.
- Look at the Account Access banner to confirm your current access level.
- For membership content, click Open Your Member Library.
- For courses purchased with lifetime access, click My Courses and Downloads.
- Refresh the page or log out and log back in.
- Check My Orders to make sure your transaction was completed successfully.
