Anti-Alkanet (and Alkanet) Master Class: Course Lessons

Join me and other Soapy Friends in this three day virtual class while we make purple, and purple, and more purple soaps!

When I wrote my book, The Natural Soap Color Palette, I introduced my favorite way to blend purple and named it the “anti-alkanet”. Why? Because alkanet was a beast to tackle! It took me over two years to to master it and I wanted purple in the mean time. Well guess what? I love anti-alkanet purples, and so you will to!

In this master class LIVE, we’re going to explore all of the botanicals in the Anne George Anti-Alkanet soapy color kit (yup, she made soapy color kits for us!), and we’re going to play with alkanet too.

• Make soap live with Kandra, and ask questions along the way
• Discuss all of the botanicals (their background & where they come from… and yes, how to best incorporate them into soap)
• Learn my micro-batch testing methods
• Lifetime access to the recorded sessions is included for all participants
• Color updates 1 week later and once the soaps have cured. PLUS we’ll do some lather tests on our soaps to verify if they bleed, stain, or color the lather. All participants will have access to color updates as soon as they are posted to the site.
