This tutorial is quickly becoming one of my favorites. While I totally love my Christmas Coals (featured in the Hot Process Rebatching Tutorial) as a way to use up left over soap bits, sometimes I don’t want to melt down my soaps. Confetti and Ciaglia soaps are the perfect alternative!
The feel, texture, and appearance of confetti soap is so unique, and the process is so simple once you get the math figured out… and this tutorial makes the math super simple with an easy-peasy worksheet. Hurrah!
The Ciaglia method, also fully covered in this tutorial set, is another great way to use up shreds, but my favorite use is to save a soap that went wrong is so many cosmetic was. You’ll be soaping like a rockstar once you nail this method down… because you’ll be able to save any batch and no one will be the wiser!
